Qwoffices works with Qdhosts to provide maintenance, design, and virtual services to clients. We understand that your online presence is important and we want to be able to respond in a timely matter so that we meet your needs. The maintenance agreement is a great way to utilize our team and talent to supplement your online business.
With a maintenance contract you will receive:
• Guaranteed Response: For bugs/program issues / and maintenance.
• Guaranteed Labor Hours: To complete the work you need on time.
• Online Work Request Tracking System: Tracked through the Qdhosts support panel.
To begin the maintenance contract please read the contract details and select I agree.
You can then select your payment option and begin your contracted services. A copy of your contract will be sent directly to you.

The Fine Print
• *Response time is defined as Qwoffices attention and resources towards the issue, not completion of the specific issue. Qwoffices will continue to allocate resources until the issue is resolved.
• Option 7 includes programming. Please read details about this extended service
• “Days” outlined above are standard Monday thru Friday business days.
• All work is billed in 30 minute increments.
